The Hornblower family started A&J's Subs on the East Side of Olean in 1974. Several years later they opened a second location on the West End of Olean. In 1996, they consolidated both locations into the current location at 1103 West State St in Olean. Mike and Christina Jaeger now own and operate A&J's and are carrying on the same great tradition of delicious food that is made to order and worth the wait!
